The ideal candidate not only masters backend development with Java and the Spring ecosystem but also has experience with modern interfaces and event-driven architectures. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding microservice implementation and ensuring operational excellence through DevOps practices and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the full-stack application development lifecycle, integrating Java with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue). * Design and maintain microservices architectures, including event-driven architectures and RESTful API-based solutions. * Implement advanced communication protocols such as WebSockets, STOMP, MQTT, and EventServers. * Ensure code quality using agile methodologies (Scrum) and standards including Git Flow and JUnit. * Oversee automation and deployment using CI/CD tools and configuration management. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Systems, or related field. * **Leadership Experience:** Minimum 3 years as a Full-Stack Java Leader. * **Spring Ecosystem:** Solid 4-year experience with Spring Core. * **Backend Experience:** Proficiency in Spring Boot, Batch, Data (JDBC Extensions, MongoDB), Integration, LDAP, and Spring Cloud (Netflix Architecture). * **Frontend Experience:** Mastery of Angular, React, or Vue. * **Architecture:** Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and queue management (e.g., RabbitMQ). * **Development Tools:** Expert use of Git Flow, JUnit, Maven, and Mockito. ### **Key Skills and Competencies** * **Complementary Technologies:** Familiarity with JSF, GWT, JHipster, Apache Spark/Storm, and servers such as Tomcat and Zookeeper. * **DevOps and Cloud:** Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Ansible, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus/JFrog. * **Innovation:** Intermediate knowledge of AI-powered coding assistants. * **Methodologies:** Project management using Scrum frameworks and Jira tools. ### **Conditions** * **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (2 days in office / 3 days remote) **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — certified **Desired Experience Level:** Expert Level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Security Systems Services *This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=6973ec2e3d00006200b8466e&source=indeed
