Description

**We’re looking for a hybrid creative talent who can both:** * Design scroll\-stopping static \+ motion ads across digital platforms, and * Prompt and iterate with AI tools (video \+ image) to generate raw creative assets for ads. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, ads, and AI, bringing both executional craft (polished ads, motion loops, branded layouts) and forward\-thinking creativity (AI prompts, experimental visuals). You’ll work closely with a U.S.\-based paid ads team on rapid iteration cycles. **Perks \& Benefits:** * Paid in USD (bi\-monthly payouts: 15th \& 30th) * ️ Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1\) * Observance of Holidays (based on your location) * Flexible hours with at least 2–4 hours/day overlap with EST or PST * 100% remote – work from anywhere * Direct impact on ad performance and creative testing * Collaborate with a cross\-functional team in ads, AI, and creative **What You’ll Be Doing:** **Ad Design \& Production:** * Turn briefs, site pulls, and AI\-generated assets into polished static \+ motion ads * Produce platform\-specific aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 4:5, 16:9\) * Apply clean layout, typography, brand consistency, and strong visual hierarchy * Handle finishing work: retouching, typesetting, overlays, CTAs, export settings **Motion \& Light Animation:** * Animate graphics for reels, stories, and paid ads with basic kinetic/motion effects * Add transitions, text animations, logo stings, and layered movement to elevate static designs **AI Prompting \& Experimentation:** * Generate ad\-quality video \+ static assets using frontier AI models (e.g., Google Veo/Veo\-3, Runway, Midjourney, Higgsfield, etc.) * Translate creative direction into precise prompts (movement, lens, lighting, product focus) * Reverse\-engineer prompts from reference ads and maintain a prompt library * Hand off raw AI outputs to the design pipeline for polish and resizing **Workflow \& Collaboration:** * Maintain organized files, version control, and naming conventions * Deliver same\-day iterations and collaborate tightly with U.S.\-based teams * Communicate clearly in feedback loops, avoiding next\-day lag **✅ Who You Are:** * Portfolio showcasing ads across static and motion * Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), plus Figma/Canva * Experience creating or editing ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn * Understanding of performance creative principles (hooks, scroll\-stop moments, ad variants) * Strong eye for typography, spacing, and ad\-focused layout discipline * Experience generating AI\-assisted ads (video \+ static) and iterating on prompts * Highly organized, fast\-moving, comfortable with same\-day feedback cycles **Bonus If You Have:** * Familiarity with paid ad specs for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, or LinkedIn * Experience designing with or enhancing AI\-generated creative assets * Understanding of performance creative principles (hooks, thumbnails, tested variants) **How to Apply:** **Please submit:** * ✅ Your updated resume * ✅ A portfolio link showing at least 4–6 ad creatives (mix of static \& motion) including resizing, type systems, and final exports * ✅ Optional: 1–2 before/after examples showing how you enhanced raw or AI\-generated assets Only candidates who submit both a Loom video and Portfolio will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
