Join FOXCONN GDL as a Purchasing Assistant As a Purchasing and Materials Analyst, you will be the key player in ensuring the efficient flow of components and raw materials, balancing inventory levels with production needs and optimizing costs. Your Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the material procurement process and supplier relationships. Ensure raw materials arrive on time for production. Coordinate with various departments to align purchasing requirements with production objectives. Analyze demand fluctuations, production forecasts, and reports on obsolete or slow-moving inventory. Monitor and report on supplier delivery timelines and quality performance. Support negotiations of commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with local and international suppliers · Requirements Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. Experience: 2+ years in procurement or materials planning (preferably in manufacturing). Tools: SAP / Oracle (or other ERP) and Advanced Excel. Language: Intermediate-to-advanced English (able to communicate with international customers and suppliers). Skills: Sense of urgency, negotiation ability, and strong analytical capability.
