Requirements: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Configuration of Routers, Switches, and Converged Switches.* Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by the client. Replace components, track incidents, provide support, and close reports. 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve technical incidents and/or service requests arising from end-users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
