Due to Grupo Solana's growth, we are looking for our next **Systems Specialist** **What will be your objective?** Ensure the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure in the agencies, as well as the implementation, maintenance, and technical support of equipment and systems. **Your responsibilities** * Installation and configuration of equipment: Computers, servers, networks, security systems, etc. Configuration of software and hardware according to client specifications. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Inventory management: Control of equipment and software inventory, as well as ordering spare parts and consumables. * Collaboration with development teams, remote technical support, and vendors. * Troubleshoot user technical issues remotely or on-site. * Implement and configure DMS improvements. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering or related field * 3 years of experience in IT support * Knowledge of Shell scripting, Bpro, Cobit, SQL Server, ITIL, Networks, Windows Server **We offer** * $15,355.00 monthly * Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm with 2 hours for lunch * Job stability * Statutory benefits * Opportunities for growth and development Interested candidates please apply through this channel.
