




Create and implement an organizational development plan Create and deliver creative courses to employees considering the NOMs applicable to the company. Establish contact with cost center managers to follow up on training actions Provide attention and feedback to operators summoned due to performance and safety issues Develop content based on the needs of the annual training plan Deliver courses, practical sessions, or workshops related to improving performance across different cost centers Prepare and design instructional materials for digital delivery to the operations team Report to HR Recruitment candidates' approval or non-approval status to continue the hiring process Travel to various cost centers during the week to timely follow up on the company's virtual training programs.
