




The Quality Technician is the shift responsible for the assigned production line, ensuring production plan execution, managing inspection resources, and verifying proper documentation is in place. They report directly to the Quality Engineer and will support activities defined by the Engineer such as KPI reporting, Yield analysis, Release Audits, etc. Requirements: * High school diploma or technical degree * Basic English desirable * 2 years of experience in the electronics industry in similar roles Responsibilities: Collaborate in the implementation of Quality Management Systems, EHS, Asset Security, Social Responsibility, Ethics and Labor practices, NOM-035 (Psychosocial risk factors at work), as well as information security. Responsible for ensuring quality standards on the assigned production line. Track defects reported at any stage of the process using the 5 Whys methodology together with the Leader and/or Supervisor. Lead assigned Inspectors, ensuring their performance and providing on-the-line training. Verify and validate SMT and Backend line checklists. Have technical knowledge of IPC-610A acceptance criteria.
