




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Conventional Lathe Operator skilled in precision machining to manufacture metal parts for automation projects, operating lathes and verifying parts. We are looking for a **Conventional Lathe Operator** with experience in precision machining to produce metal parts used in automation projects. **Your Responsibilities:** * Operate conventional lathes (turning, drilling, finishing). * Read engineering drawings and work with tight tolerances. * Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feed rates based on material type. * Perform basic adjustments (offsets, corrections). * Measure and verify parts using precision instruments. * Maintain workplace order, safety, and operational discipline. **Requirements:** * Technical secondary education or technical degree (Machinery and Tools or related field). * 1–2 years of experience operating conventional lathes. * Ability to read engineering drawings and perform metrology (calipers, micrometers, comparators). * Basic knowledge of materials and lathe maintenance. **We Seek Individuals Who Are:** Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, operationally disciplined, and passionate about precision work. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional flexibility required.
