




Job Summary: We are seeking a .NET Software Developer to maintain and enhance desktop applications, develop new features, and ensure integration of industrial software with hardware. Opportunity for continuous growth and training Axkan, in strategic alliance with **Inovacor**, is looking for a **Software Developer** with experience in .NET environments to work on existing industrial software projects and develop new features. **Job Function** The candidate will work with the technical and project teams to understand customer requirements, maintain and improve desktop applications, and ensure proper software–hardware integration. This role requires the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team primarily focused on hardware and physical systems. **Main Responsibilities** · Maintain and support existing applications: fix bugs, optimize performance, and adapt functionalities according to project requirements. · Develop new features applying best practices and design patterns to maintain clean and maintainable code. · Integrate software with industrial equipment (PLCs and other devices) using standard protocols for data exchange. · Work with relational databases and generate automated reports according to customer needs. · Design and maintain efficient user interfaces for desktop applications. · Implement solutions that safely and efficiently handle concurrency and asynchronous operations. · Prepare basic technical documentation and participate in system integration testing. · Proactivity and ability to independently investigate and resolve technical issues. **Essential Requirements** · **At least 2 years of experience developing in C\# and .NET (NET Framework 4\+ or higher).** · **At least 1 year of experience working with WPF or another UI development framework**, applying architectures that separate the user interface from business logic. · Knowledge of **concurrency and asynchrony**, including basic thread handling and best practices to avoid *race conditions*. · Experience working with **relational databases** (MySQL, SQL Server or others) and SQL queries. · Experience using **version control with Git**. · Ability to work **autonomously**, with a focus on problem-solving in industrial environments. **Desirable Requirements** · Basic knowledge of **industrial communication protocols** (e.g., Modbus TCP/RTU) or experience integrating applications with PLC devices. · Experience working with **industrial camera SDKs** or other data acquisition devices. · Experience using **.NET libraries for charting or reporting**. · Knowledge of **unit/integration testing** and continuous integration practices.
