




*This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job Opening from DCRUZ Recruitment and Selection, Tlalpan, Mexico City** We are seeking an Information Technology Engineering professional with solid experience in development and technical leadership within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments. **Responsibilities:** * Define technical guidelines and best practices for AEM development. * Oversee solution architecture and validate scalability. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (DEV, QA, UX/UI). * Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve technical blockers. * Evaluate performance and design training plans. * Facilitate communication and progress tracking with the development team. * Ensure objective achievement under the Agile Scrum framework. * Stay updated on changes to Adobe’s architecture and components. **Technical Competencies** Adobe Suite: AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target. AEM Components and Architecture: o Core Components (Text, Image, Carousel, Navigation, etc.). o Editable Templates and Policies. o Client-Side Libraries (ClientLibs) for CSS and JS management. o Sling Models and HTL (Sightly). o Dispatcher Configuration (caching, security). o OAK Repository and JCR. Integrations: REST APIs, Adobe Cloud Services. Languages and Frameworks: ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Java. Tools and Environments: Git, Maven, Linux, macOS, Windows. Continuous Learning: Monitoring updates to Adobe’s architecture and components. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in AEM development. Proficiency in Adobe technologies and complementary tools. Advanced knowledge of ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Java, and REST APIs.
