Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive technician with an interest in technology to support the installation, maintenance, and configuration of computing equipment, video surveillance systems, and connectivity solutions, providing technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical equipment installation and maintenance support 2. Video surveillance and connectivity systems configuration 3. Technical fault diagnosis and resolution We seek a proactive individual with interest in the technology field. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, and configuration of computing equipment, video surveillance systems, and connectivity solutions, as well as addressing and resolving technical requests. Requirements * Technical degree in Electronics, Information Systems, or related field * Knowledge of CCTV systems and electronics * Basic knowledge of electricity * Minimum desirable experience: 6 months in technical support Responsibilities * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment and CCTV systems * Installation and configuration of video surveillance cameras * Installation and programming of wireless links * Installation of video doorphones * Technical fault diagnosis and resolution Skills and Competencies * Responsible * Proactive * Dynamic * Self-taught * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Teamwork Employment Offer * Monthly salary: $8,000 to $10,000 MXN, depending on experience * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs * Position type: Full-time Salary: $8,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
