KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Support and Direct Operations * Conduct preventive and corrective on-site visits to clients. * Diagnose and resolve issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques. * Respond to incidents and meet response-time requirements defined by SLA. * Configure, maintain, and repair Windows, Linux, and Mac devices. * Provide support for Aspel systems (installation, configuration, error resolution). Infrastructure, Networking, and Communications * Install, configure, and maintain voice, data, and CCTV networks. * Install and maintain structured cabling. * Configure switches, routers, and access points. * Monitor and optimize network performance. * Assist in server implementation, backups, and disaster recovery.
