The purpose of the Engineer, Hydrogeologist role is to collect hydrogeological, geotechnical, and environmental data, as well as provide on-site support to consultant work, contribute to model development, and assist with other hydrogeologically-focused tasks including well monitoring and supporting the water program for MML’s Inter-ramp drilling program.**Requirements:*** Required education: Hydrology, Geology, Geotechnics, Mining. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating mining projects. * Basic knowledge of geology and geotechnics. * Ability to capture high-quality data through logging, sampling, and monitoring. * Experience in RC and/or diamond drilling programs. * Advanced proficiency in Office 365 software, 3D modeling (Leapfrog, Deswik, Feflow), and databases. * English (not essential). **Key Responsibilities:*** Ensure monitoring and implementation of systems to guarantee wells can supply sufficient water for site services, including drilling, surface works, and underground developments. * Ensure monitoring is conducted with sufficient frequency and accuracy to meet the needs of data users, including consultants and managers; this also includes leading the definition of monitoring requirements. * Support the Senior Hydrogeologist\-ML in implementing new water monitoring systems to ensure inflow and outflow mine water quantities (and qualities) are understood. * Work on water balance, supporting sediment and water control planning. * Conduct quantitative monitoring of mine water inflow and outflow, being able to provide guidance regarding water resource use and management. ***NOTE: Torex Gold Resources and its subsidiaries do not accept resumes from recruitment agencies that are not under a valid contract and have not been nominated as authorized partners to conduct searches.***
