At Grupo Sigma, we provide nationwide IT services, and we are seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity of assigned projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations. * Coordinate work teams to ensure efficiency and goal achievement. * Develop and maintain operational standards and procedures. * Train, guide, and supervise personnel under supervision. * Resolve operational issues and make timely decisions. * Manage resources, equipment, and tools required for operations. * Implement, measure, and monitor performance indicators. * Diagnose and resolve point-of-sale failures. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers. * Installation and configuration of CCTV systems. * Network configuration. * Equipment preparation and replacement. **Required Profile** * **Gender:** No preference. * **Age:** 28 years and older. * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technologies and Communications (TICs), Mechatronics Engineering, Software Development Engineering, Logistics, or related field (verifiable). * **Availability:** Flexible schedule. * **Experience:** Minimum two years of verifiable experience in a similar position. **Required Skills** * Standard automobile driving ability is mandatory. * Leadership and team management. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving. * Time management. * Results-oriented. **We Offer** * Competitive base salary. * Bonuses for availability, metrics, etc. * Statutory benefits.
