Metal-mechanical company seeks CNC machining center operator and programmer with experience Requirements * Age 25–50 * Degree in electromechanical, mechanical, industrial engineering, or related field. **(NOT MANDATORY)** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in this or a related position. MANDATORY * Complete documentation (birth certificate, CURP, INE, RFC, proof of address, etc.) **Key Responsibilities:** * Programming and operation of CNC machining centers (3- and 4-axis) and GSK-controlled CNC lathes * Conventional lathe, milling machine, and drill press operation * Ensuring parts meet required specifications * Machining of parts * Fabrication of tooling for dies, punches, and matrices * Replacement parts for industrial machinery * High-volume part production * Completion of production records Technical Skills * Knowledge of machine tools: turning and milling * Knowledge of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) programming * Understanding of machining processes * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications * Knowledge of materials and their properties * Ability to use measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, dial indicator) and quality control methods Competencies: * Attention to detail and precision * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Effective communication with colleagues and supervisors * Problem-solving and decision-making skills * Adaptability and flexibility in response to production changes * Commitment to quality and safety * Capacity for continuous learning and improvement Additional Skills * Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software * CNC programming Work Location: **Santa Catarina, Valle de Chalco — 5 minutes from Eje 10** **Weekly salary commensurate with experience and qualifications (to be discussed during interview).** Interested candidates: **Send CV via WhatsApp to 55 4901 2907** to expedite the process.
