Your main responsibilities will be: Collect, validate, and safeguard documentation regarding policies, procedures, and internal controls applied at branches, ensuring their timely updates and correct implementation. Prepare reports on operational management indicators, ensuring presented information reflects progress, deviations, and relevant findings. Receive, register, and follow up on incidents reported by branches and automated teller machines (ATMs), verifying implementation of corrective actions. Integrate information for institutional reports and presentations, supporting the Operations Manager during Plaza meetings, committees, and audits. Support portfolio management and financial control by collecting databases related to loan disbursement and recovery, ensuring information traceability. Coordinate logistics and follow-up for meetings, committees, and institutional events, preparing minutes and tracking established commitments. Collaborate in disseminating and ensuring compliance with institutional regulations concerning operations, credit, collections, and marketing across branches under your oversight. Respond to administrative and operational requests from the Regional Deputy Directorate, Zone Manager, and support departments. 10. Provide support in monitoring service quality for members, channeling incidents and providing feedback to departments regarding improvement opportunities.
