Job Summary: We are seeking a technical, organized, and detail-oriented professional to develop, review, and integrate construction drawings and technical documentation for infrastructure projects. Job Objective Join the project and tender team to develop, review, and integrate construction drawings and technical documentation, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and compliance with technical criteria in infrastructure and construction projects. We seek a highly technical, organized, and detail-oriented profile with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and the ability to interpret, develop, and review construction drawings and engineering information. Preference is given to candidates with experience in hydraulic infrastructure; however, profiles from the architectural sector with strong technical competence and proven experience in construction projects will also be considered. II. Main Responsibilities \- Preparation, updating, and editing of construction drawings in AutoCAD and Revit. \- Interpretation and development of drawings based on technical criteria, base engineering, and reference documentation. \- Review of civil, architectural, hydraulic, and/or electromechanical drawings. \- Review and analysis of technical documentation: o Descriptive reports o Technical specifications o Concept catalogs o Drawings and technical files \- Identification of inconsistencies and proposal of technical adjustments to drawings and documents. \- Support in compiling documentation for public and private tenders. \- Organization, control, and backup of digital files and technical documentation. \- Coordination and internal follow-up with various departments involved in projects. III. Requirements \- Education: o Technical diploma, incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in: § Civil / Hydraulic / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering. § Architecture § Or related field \- Minimum experience: o 1 year preparing construction drawings or equivalent technical experience. \- Flexible working hours. \- Excellent collaborative attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to professional growth. IV. Software Proficiency \- AutoCAD — mandatory, advanced level. \- Revit — mandatory, intermediate level. \- Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) — intermediate level. \- Desirable: o Civil 3D o Opus V. Essential Profile \- High precision and quality in technical drafting. \- Excellent interpretation of construction drawings and engineering criteria. \- Attention to detail and focus on documentation quality. \- Analytical capability for technical review and identification of inconsistencies. \- Organization and management of technical information. \- Responsibility and adherence to delivery deadlines. \- Ability to work under priority-based supervision and manage multiple projects. Desirable (non-exclusive) \- Experience in hydraulic infrastructure: \- Water treatment plants \- Hydraulic networks \- Pumping stations \- Infrastructure works \- Basic knowledge of integrating technical proposals for tenders. \- Familiarity with technical standards and concept catalogs.
