




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to manage and execute personnel development programs, ensuring regulatory compliance in the automotive sector. Key Highlights: 1. Execute and record training sessions. Coordinate and monitor training courses according to established plans and programs. Ensure compliance with STPS training requirements and issue training competency certificates. Administer Development Programs. Participate in special events and internal communications. Coordinate emergency brigade training (First Aid, Firefighting, and Evacuation). Support implementation of quality system dissemination programs: ISO9001:2002 / IATF 16949, ISO 14001. Respond to audits related to training and development. **Qualifications** Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive sector. Experience managing training and personnel development programs (headcount exceeding 1,000 people). Advanced English proficiency. Development and tracking of Training Procedures. Development and tracking of DNC, Development Programs, and ILUO matrices. Knowledge and application of STPS regulatory compliance requirements. Knowledge and application of training-related standards: IATF 16949, ISO 14001. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
