Growth and continuous training plan We are looking for an Automated QA Engineer with solid quality assurance experience to join our team and participate in a strategic project for a client in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks to ensure software stability, functionality, and performance. You will play a key role in defect prevention, process optimization, and continuous improvement of the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: * Design and execute automated testing strategies aligned with project objectives. * Develop comprehensive, structured, and documented test plans and test cases. * Analyze functional and technical requirements to identify quality risks at early stages. * Coordinate test cycles and ensure proper defect management and tracking. * Implement and maintain automation scripts using specialized tools. * Collaborate closely with development, product, and project management teams. * Monitor quality metrics and generate executive reports. * Identify root causes of incidents and propose effective solutions. * Promote best QA practices within the team. Requirements: * More than 3 years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer. * Experience working in software development teams. * Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
