**LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU** **Your profile \-** * Education: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field * Professional experience: Problem analysis * Quality tools (PFMEA, PCP, SPC, MSA, 8D) * ISO standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 * Languages: Advanced English; other languages preferred * Attention to detail and analytical thinking * Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change **Your responsibilities** * Develop technical and operational skills in process quality management, supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal and external standards * Support validation of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. \*Participate in resolving nonconformities using root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.) * Collaborate on implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Quality Management System * Support internal and external audits, as well as preparation of required documentation * Contribute to development and updating of PFMEA, PCP, SPC, MSA, and inspection sheets * Participate in follow-up meetings such as Quality KPIs and validation of new processes * Support collection and analysis of data for continuous process improvement **Project:** **Intelligent Internal Processes** **LET'S TALK ABOUT US** "Let’s make a different tomorrow today" is our true commitment at Siemens Energy to all customers and employees on the path toward a sustainable, CO2-neutral future\. **MORE INFORMATION** Get energized.
