Main Responsibilities: Execution and Monitoring: Implement and supervise operational programs, reporting incidents. Order Management: Assign resources and track advances, reimbursements, and deviations. Resource Administration: Verify availability of units/trailers and coordinate maintenance. Monitoring and Communication: Maintain contact with drivers, customers, and monitoring to ensure route compliance. Document Control: Validate stamping of orders, waybills, and reports on client portals. Incident Management: Report administrative, road safety, or operational incidents. Shift Handover: Prepare detailed reports for operational continuity. Safety and Best Practices: Promote safe driving habits. Customer Service: Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external customers. Requirements: Experience in operations, logistics, or transportation. Availability to work rotating shifts.
