Machine Operator

Description

Job Summary: Production operator responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, inspecting quality, and maintaining the work area according to 5S standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and monitoring of injection molding machines and automated equipment 2. Visual and dimensional quality inspection of parts 3. Maintenance of order and cleanliness under the 5S methodology -Operate and monitor injection molding machines and automated equipment -Perform stamping and ensure continuous production flow -Verify availability of materials and supplies -Inspect parts (visual and dimensional) to ensure quality -Perform deburring and rework of parts -Identify and segregate non-conforming product (scrap) -Report machine or process failures or deviations -Record production and metrics on forms -Maintain order and cleanliness under the 5S methodology. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 19 and 40 years Keywords: operator, operario, operator
