WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FIELD RECRUITER We are seeking a dynamic individual with an outstanding service attitude, excellent verbal fluency, and a results-oriented mindset to join our operational and field recruitment team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in customer service or recruitment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GPS. High attention to detail. Availability to perform fieldwork and travel to various locations. Occasional availability to work on weekends. Own vehicle and valid driver’s license are mandatory. We Offer Gross monthly salary of $13,000 to $16,000 Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. 36 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo).
