The Observability Engineering role is responsible for enabling enterprise‑grade telemetry and advancing AI Ops capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with global teams, SRE, Architecture Infrastructure, DevOps, and business stakeholders in an inclusive and highly technical environment. How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities) * Lead multi‑platform observability operations across Elastic, Azure Monitor, Splunk, and OTEL. * Create dashboards, alerts, enrichment pipelines, and automated remediation patterns. * Oversee ingestion health, lifecycle policies, and telemetry quality standards. * Manage incident analysis, monitoring deltas, and cross‑platform troubleshooting. * Develop anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and AIOps use cases. * Coordinate with global design/engineering teams and local IT partners to ensure alignment and adoption. What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications) * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, enabling strong technical foundations. * Expertise in Elastic, Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics to design telemetry pipelines and analytics. * Experience with Splunk, OTEL, and AI‑driven analytics for automation and correlation. * Strong communication and cross‑team collaboration skills. * Strategic thinking and the ability to thrive in high‑pressure environments.
