We are seeking a **General Employee** to join the Production area (Machining and Welding). The position aims to support the execution of operational activities within the machining, welding, and general production areas, performing auxiliary tasks that contribute to meeting work plans while ensuring order, cleanliness, and efficient material flow in accordance with the company's established quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Key responsibilities include: assisting with material loading and unloading, organizing and distributing materials in the warehouse, performing general cleaning under the 5S methodology, cutting materials, operating basic hand tools according to prior training, completing simple production reports and records, participating in internal training sessions, and following supervisor instructions. The candidate must comply with internal and safety regulations (NOM\-017\-STPS), report unsafe conditions or equipment failures, and halt operations upon detecting a potential nonconformity. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Minimum education: Completed secondary school. Minimum experience: 6 months in workshops or as a general assistant.
