Ongoing training **Sales Executive / Quotations / Purchasing / Customer Service** A growing company is looking for a **Procurement Sales Executive** to join its commercial department. The candidate will be responsible for **handling client requests, preparing quotations, and following up on purchase orders**, as well as supporting the search for and management of suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. **Responsibilities** * Receive client requests and prepare quotations. * Follow up on quotations until confirmation or closure. * Identify and request quotations from domestic suppliers. * Analyze supplier pricing and terms. * Prepare purchase orders. * Maintain an updated supplier database. * Prepare commercial documents (delivery notes, proforma invoices, invoices). * Organize and safeguard commercial documentation. * Support administrative tasks within the sales department. **Requirements** **Education** * Technical degree, incomplete bachelor's degree, or bachelor's degree in: * Administration * Logistics * Industrial Engineering * Commerce or related field **Experience** * Minimum **6 months in sales, purchasing, or customer service** **Knowledge** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** * Quotation preparation * Customer service **Desirable** * Basic knowledge of logistics or purchasing * Intermediate English (Desirable) **Skills** * Strong verbal communication * Organization * Negotiation * Teamwork * Proactivity * Attention to detail **We Offer** ✔ Weekly net salary of **$2,500** ✔ Job stability ✔ Training ✔ Positive work environment ✔ Growth opportunity Employment type: Full-time Salary: $2,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
