Equipment and license inventory administration ### **Job Objective** Provide technical support to end users, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and applications, as well as timely and efficient service. **Responsibilities** * Technical support for users (on-site and remote) * Installation and configuration of: * **Operating systems (Windows and Mac)** * **Mobile devices (iPhone and Android)** * **Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)** * Incident handling and tracking via **ticketing system** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and networks * Basic network configuration * Administration of **equipment and license inventory** * Direct user support (service-oriented approach) * Availability to **travel** as required by operational needs **Requirements** * Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Systems, IT, or related field * Experience in technical support (help desk) * Knowledge of: * Office 365 * Configuration of equipment and mobile devices * Desired: experience in corporate user support
