A responsible professional with strong technical communication skills and the ability to coordinate with architecture, engineering, and construction teams. Responsibilities: Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models consistent with project scope (detailed and construction-oriented). Develop executive projects and technical documentation for implementation (drawings, specifications, construction details). Prepare and review construction budgets, quantity take-offs, and material lists. Coordinate and review deliverables with architects, engineers, and suppliers.
