Job Summary: An experienced cook is sought for a family household, responsible for preparing daily meals and managing the kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of complete menus with a variety of proteins. 2. Teamwork in a home-like environment. 3. Comprehensive kitchen management and procurement of supplies. A family household seeks an experienced cook with verifiable experience to prepare daily meals for the family and household staff (twelve people total). Main Responsibilities: - Plan and prepare salad, soup, main course, and occasional dessert for twelve people. - Cook using a variety of proteins: beef, chicken, and fish. - Proper operation of the oven and other kitchen equipment. - On Mondays, go grocery shopping with support from the household driver. - On Saturdays, plan the weekly menu and perform deep cleaning of the refrigerator, pantry, and kitchen area. - After meal service, close the kitchen jointly with the two housekeeping staff. - Apply the household’s own recipes and incorporate new recipes as agreed. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Saturday, with Sunday off. Benefits: IMSS registration, year-end bonus, vacation days, and vacation bonus as stipulated by law. Meals during working hours to be mutually agreed upon. Requirements: - Verifiable experience as a cook in private households or similar services. - At least two meaningful and verifiable professional references. - Valid official identification and recent proof of address. - Proficiency in preparing complete menus and using ovens. - Willingness to work collaboratively with three other household staff members.
