We seek a strategic and operational IT professional who guarantees the proper functioning of our systems, infrastructure, and platforms, ensuring smooth, secure, and uninterrupted operations. **What will be your mission?** Ensure GALAXY's technological stability, security, and evolution by delivering efficient support to all departments and optimizing the digital tools driving operations. **Key Responsibilities** · Administer and ensure the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure (networks, servers, computing equipment, and telecommunications) · Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring efficient incident response and resolution (Help Desk) · Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems · Implement and monitor information security policies · Manage user access, backups, and disaster recovery plans · Ensure operational continuity of systems, networks, and platforms · Lead the implementation, updating, and improvement of systems (ERP, CRM, or others) · Administer the ERP: user onboarding/offboarding/modifications, catalogs, products, and suppliers · Identify technological needs and propose innovative solutions · Coordinate with technology vendors and track contracted services · Develop and document processes, manuals, and best practices for system usage · Support technological projects, migrations, and new implementations · Provide support for equipment, network, firewall, and peripheral configurations · Track and manage incidents to timely and proper resolution **Candidate Profile** · Experience in systems management, technical support, and IT infrastructure · Ability to work independently and resolve problems efficiently · Experience administering ERP systems (mandatory) · Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of various Arcade machines. · Analytical, organized, and results-oriented mindset · Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with non-technical users · Proactivity, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement **Education and Experience** · Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Information Technology, or related fields · Experience in technical support, networks, servers, and equipment maintenance · Knowledge of information security, backups, and business continuity · Experience in implementing or managing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) **Key Skills and Knowledge** · Network and telecommunications administration · Cybersecurity and data protection · Management of technology projects · Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance · Process documentation and incident tracking · Logical thinking and problem-solving **We Offer**: * Negotiable gross monthly salary based on experience: ($ 12,000 MXN) * On-site employment * Statutory benefits * Excellent work environment * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Scheduled midweek rest **Benefits**: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Uniforms * In-house development plan * Meals during your shift **At GALAXY, we seek minds that keep everything connected.** If you are passionate about technology and innovation and want to be part of an out-of-this-world experience… this challenge is for you.
