Job Summary: Financial Analyst responsible for planning, analyzing, and managing financial information, preparing reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. Our comprehensive approach spans design and manufacturing—from concept development through final testing and system assembly. As a Financial Analyst at Nortech Systems, Inc., you will plan, analyze, and manage financial information to support strategic decision-making. You will be involved in preparing financial reports, analyzing financial statements, and conducting economic forecasting to identify new improvement opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ciudad Apodaca, N.L. **Requirements** * *Conversational English (Mandatory)* * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * *Up-to-date knowledge of VAT rules, CFDI, and SAT regulations (Mandatory)* * Knowledge and experience with SAT requirements. * Analytical skills and expertise in corporate financial statements and reporting. * Strong financial knowledge and understanding of related concepts. * Proficiency in financial analysis tools and organizational capabilities to work efficiently and accurately. * Prior experience in similar industries, effective communication skills, and adaptability within cross-functional teams are desirable.
