Review of customer needs for comprehensive service **General Objective:** Ensure collection service levels and strengthen operational processes in accordance with assigned budgets and the annual plan, aiming to reduce operational costs and deliver satisfaction to assigned customers. **Specific Responsibilities and/or Obligations:** 1\. Communicate financial performance reporting (income, cost, and expense versus budget) to management for performance measurement. 2\. Coordinate supervisors’ operational activities to ensure fulfillment of services stipulated in client contracts. 3\. Meet established KPIs (e.g., complaint reduction, service compliance, productivity, accidents, etc.) to achieve departmental targets. 4\.
