Job Summary: Transporte y Servicios STN is seeking a Monitoring Assistant to support operators, manage incidents, supervise activities, and safeguard vehicles. Key Highlights: 1. Technical assistance and incident management for operators. 2. Active supervision of security and vehicle routes. 3. Report management and communication with operators. We are Transporte y Servicios STN, a national-level company engaged in hydrocarbon transportation and marketing. Position: Monitoring Assistant Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to operators during operations; monitor and record general operator incidents to ensure vehicle safety and protection. Supervise tasks performed by the Monitoring Assistant. * Ensure the safety of company vehicles. * Verify that vehicles are on route according to the trip schedule. * Update base reports on loading, unloading, and vehicle movement hourly. * Verify GPS functionality; generate a report to the provider if it fails. * Report to management any vehicles failing to depart the yard per the scheduled departure plan. * Provide roadside support to operators for inquiries and concerns. * Communicate road incidents and weather forecasts to operators via WhatsApp. * Prepare daily inventory reports of vehicles at the yard. * Prepare daily reports on cargo idle time at Pemex facilities. * Activate and follow the established protocol for accident and/or theft response. * Verify completed trips (operator performance). * Monitor and track operator speeding violations. * Assist the documentation operator for vehicles. * Report Pemex and national trip histories. * Comply with company-established safety guidelines. * Comply with the Quality Policy.
