




Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service representative to manage customer requirements, coordinate production schedules, and ensure proper shipment of products, serving as the primary point of contact with customers. Collaboration in coordinating the production schedule. Mekra Lang México, an automotive company located in Prologis Park, Apodaca, heading toward the airport, is seeking a Customer Service representative. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration, Foreign Trade, or related field. * Minimum experience: 1 year in this position. * Conversational English. * SAP (preferred). **Skills and/or Attitudes:** * Time availability. * Tolerance for change and frustration. * Administration. * Analytical ability. * Written and oral communication. * Leadership. * Negotiation. * Responsibility. * Pro\-active. * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork. **Responsibilities:** * Obtain customer requirements and generate corresponding ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) for customers. * Deliver the production schedule to the relevant personnel. * Label products with master labels as required. * Serve as the primary contact with customers regarding products and perform delivery confirmations to customers. * Prepare shipping documentation. * Ship finished products to customers. * Halt any shipment that may compromise product safety and/or quality or negatively impact the customer.
