Job Summary: We are seeking a Settlement Officer to support the review and management of operator expenses and performance, covering a maternity leave absence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance review and registration by operator 2. Diesel voucher management and pension payments 3. Support in reviewing travel-related expenses of operators SETTLEMENT OFFICER POSITION TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE We are hiring a Settlement Officer to support the following activities: * Receive the operator's trip report from the document reception department * Review the operator's travel-related expense report * Verify via email that the operator has performed the unit reset * Process pension payments * Authorize diesel vouchers in the system, validating alignment with the operator's trip route * Check tracking platforms for pension locations where operators stayed * Record operator performance in the performance reset report Schedule: Rotating shifts — 7 AM to 3 PM / 3 PM to 11 PM Benefits: * Statutory benefits including 100% IMSS coverage from day one * Vacation days as per the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Monthly performance bonus of $3,000* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Additional Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
