Teamwork and field adaptability We are a company specializing in project management and construction, seeking a Surveyor / Surveying Assistant to perform topographic surveys and support the generation of essential technical information required for proper execution and control of construction projects, ensuring measurement accuracy and compliance with technical specifications. **Requirements:** * Technical degree, internship status, or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of field experience (mandatory). * Knowledge of topographic surveying. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software (preferred). * Availability for outdoor work and travel to various operational sites. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct on-site topographic surveys. * Support data collection and field measurements. * Operate total station, fixed-level instrument, and/or GPS (based on experience). * Stakeout and verification of points on construction sites. * Accompany operational site visits for technical information gathering. * Prepare and/or assist in drafting plans, sketches, and technical reports. * Perform basic volume calculations (preferred). * Maintain, calibrate, and safeguard surveying equipment. * Report progress and technical findings to the department supervisor. **Personal Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Schedule flexibility. * Learning attitude and field adaptability. **Working Conditions:** * 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. * Lunch break. * Proactive work environment and opportunity for growth within the team.
