




Position Summary: A professional responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT governance, standardizing processes, measuring IT value, ensuring strategic alignment, overseeing risks, and promoting continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Governance Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain the IT Governance model (based on frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL). • Standardization: Define and document strategic and operational control processes. • Value Measurement: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to demonstrate IT’s value to the organization. • Decision-Making Leadership: Coordinate IT committees and high-level decision-making forums. • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all technology projects align closely with corporate strategy. • Risk Management: Oversee controls, regulatory compliance, and mitigation of technology-related risks. • Continuous Improvement: Promote organizational maturity and identify areas for ongoing optimization. • Ecosystem Management: Foster strategic partnerships with key vendors to drive innovation and digital transformation.
