Direct responsibility for 3+ buildings of 7+ levels A real estate developer is seeking a **Vertical Housing Construction Manager**, *with operational leadership, on-site decision-making capability, and end-to-end project control from commencement to handover.* **We offer:** * Monthly base salary of $35,000 MXN * Statutory benefits **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Oversee construction execution from commencement to final handover * Coordinate and supervise multiple contractors and work fronts * Monitor physical progress, schedules, costs, and construction quality * Resolve technical and operational issues directly on site * Ensure compliance with project schedules, specifications, and developer standards * Make operational decisions to ensure continuous project advancement * Supervise safety, site order, and productivity **Requirements:** * Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer * 100% operational profile (not administrative) * Proven experience in vertical housing projects, with direct responsibility for at least 3 buildings of 7 or more levels * Own contractor registry (structural, MEP, finishes, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
