A company dedicated to LGBTQ+ tourism is seeking a **FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR** **EDUCATION**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources. *ENGLISH PLUS* **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum 5 years in a managerial position in HR or accounting **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Oversee daily administrative and accounting tasks, including billing documentation, tax report analysis, assistance with payments and accounts receivable, and invoice processing. * Verify that billing, payroll, and other financial processes comply with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations. * Analyze current staffing and training needs; document other HR-related expenses and ensure they remain within budget. * Possess excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and financial management systems is mandatory. **AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY** * Supervise the implementation of a long-term financial management strategy, ensuring all transactions adhere to company policy. * Oversee daily activities of the finance team, including employee record review, payroll information collection, invoice processing, tax report analysis, and cash flow requirements assessment. * Conduct monthly payroll and billing audits to ensure accuracy of financial statements. * Identify system irregularities, including potential fraud or theft, and report them to the HR and Finance Directors. * Assess staffing needs and track hiring timelines and recruitment costs, including sourcing, advertising, and onboarding expenses. * Ensure all expenses remain within budget; prepare expense reports and allocate resources to specific HR programs per instructions from the HR Director. **LOCATION**: Jardines del Pedregal **WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **SALARY**: $25,000 FREE \+ statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 \- $25,001.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
