We are looking for our next talent as an Accounting Customs Invoice Specialist. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. * **2 years of experience in invoicing** **within administrative or accounting environments** (preferably in customs brokerage or logistics). * Accounting knowledge (calculations, financial information analysis, income, expenses, etc.). * **Intermediate to advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations, reports). * Familiarity with administrative systems (SAP, SAT, or others). * Agility and ease in data entry. * High capacity to work under pressure and meet closing deadlines and cut-off dates. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issuing and reviewing invoices. * Managing credit notes, cancellations, and re-invoicing. * Following up with clients and internal departments (operations, collections, accounting) for clarifications and adjustments. * Preparing Excel reports (billing status, accounts receivable, reconciliations, account control, etc.). * Organizing and safeguarding digital files. * Supporting monthly closings and internal audits. * Reviewing account statements. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary. * Punctuality bonus. * Attendance bonus. * Meal vouchers. * Annual bonus. * Statutory benefits.
