SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description

Position Summary: Support in-store operational activities on the sales floor, managing sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service to meet store performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: 1. Merchandise arrangement and presentation on the sales floor 2. Customer service and clarification of product-related questions 3. Execution of cash register transactions and processing of returns Provide support for in-store operational activities by executing sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service processes as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to achieve assigned store operational and commercial performance indicators. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, excess inventory, and trucks in accordance with applicable merchandising guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to fulfill inventory counts; * Perform proper fronting and labeling to classify merchandise, and participate in store opening and closing tasks, as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor, to ensure correct merchandise arrangement and store presentation. * Provide customer service by clarifying questions regarding product location, specific product type information, functionality, and pricing, thereby delivering excellent service reflected in counter sales closures; also handle customer phone calls to clarify questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately execute cash register transactions involving cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in compliance with AutoZone’s cash register policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction completion. * High school diploma completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
