Support in warehouse and distribution activities **Lead Driver / Operations Supervisor** **Location:** Parque EKKOS JLC, Apodaca (near Clínica 67\) **Job Description:** We are seeking an operational professional with experience as a driver who wishes to develop into a supervisory role. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily operations, as well as supporting warehouse and distribution activities. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of drivers and operational staff * Control and monitoring of logs * Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries * Inventory control and monitoring * Support in delivery routes * Support in warehouse operational activities * Customer interaction and knowledge of locations **Training Program:** During the first two months, the candidate will undergo training to thoroughly understand the operation and ensure proper execution of the role. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Overtime paid (no cap) **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $13,000 * Timely payment * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Company vehicle assigned for home safekeeping * Opportunities for professional development and growth **Requirements:** * Valid Class C driver's license * Experience in supervision or similar roles * Knowledge of delivery routes and logistics operations * Flexible availability Salary: $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Transportation allowance or service * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
