WORK AT ONE OF THE COUNTRY'S MOST IMPORTANT MALLS — ESFERA MONTERREY IS SEEKING TALENT FOR ITS “PARKING” DEPARTMENT AS PARKING SUPERVISOR Job Objective Coordinate, supervise, and ensure proper parking operations, guaranteeing efficient and secure service for both customers and assigned personnel. Main Functions and Activities 1. Prepare and assign the weekly activity plan to parking staff. 2. Daily supervision of assigned tasks to parking staff through physical-visual inspection to identify and address needs. 3. Prepare reports (daily/weekly) on incidents, activities, work performed, and parking needs during the work shift. 4. Timely preparation of requisitions for materials, tools, equipment, and specialized services. 5. Attend to parking customers and provide solutions or guidance regarding their concerns, complaints, or needs. 6. Conduct job orientation for newly hired staff and ensure they possess the necessary training and knowledge to perform their duties and activities. 7. Cover staff absences or vacancies within the parking area. 8. Supervise and participate in cash/ticket counting, cash audits, and audits of parking assets and financial resources. Academic Qualifications Education Level: High School Diploma (mandatory). Technical Program: Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics (preferred).
