Must coordinate departmental activities to achieve measurable results, foster teamwork, and promote continuous innovation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and coordinate digital and traditional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. * Develop advertising and promotional campaigns to position the brand and products. * Collaborate with the sales department to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies. * Oversee social media management, website, and digital platforms. * Analyze market indicators, competitor activity, and consumer behavior. * Prepare departmental budgets and monitor budget compliance. * Measure campaign results, present reports, and propose improvements. * Coordinate the creative team to ensure visual and communicative brand consistency. * Drive innovation, emerging trends, and technological tools within the department. **Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar positions. * **Knowledge:** * Digital and traditional marketing strategies. * Social media management and analytics tools. * Branding, positioning, and content creation. * Campaign planning, budgeting, and evaluation. * **Skills:** * Leadership, effective communication, and teamwork. * Strategic thinking and results orientation. * Creativity, organization, and decision-making ability. * Commitment, initiative, and dynamism.
