Analytical and effective communication skills **Requirements:** Ages 20 to 35 **Education:** Architecture. Knowledge in the Construction field Experience with Neodata and Excel Experience in Cost Estimation and Budgeting Basic knowledge of Office and AutoCAD Basic knowledge of render design Blueprint interpretation. **Responsibilities:** Unit price analysis. Preparation of electrical, air conditioning, and general maintenance construction budgets. Requesting quotations.
