Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Technician/Engineer to provide on-site support for printing and digitization equipment, performing maintenance and incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized technical support for printing and digitization equipment 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance, and incident management 3. Experience with ITSM tools and print monitoring **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** **Technical Support Technician/Engineer focused on Print Services** **Responsibilities:** Provide on-site technical support for printing and digitization equipment, including preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as incident resolution using ITSM tools. **Requirements:** * Technical or engineering degree in IT or related field. (Mandatory: certificate, diploma, or professional license) * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support * Experience in maintenance of printers and multifunction devices * Proficiency with ITSM tools **(ServiceNow, Help Desk, Service Desk)** * **Print monitoring** using HP Web Jet Admin * Willingness to travel as required (Nuevo León/Tamaulipas) **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $16,000.00 * Statutory benefits * PC/Laptop * Telephone network access * Tool kit **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ***If you are interested in this position, apply through this channel and we will contact you shortly!*** Salary: $16,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Matamoros, Tamps.
