Job Summary: Responsible for creating and managing engaging content to promote mini-split products, enhancing brand visibility and attracting customers across various channels. Key Highlights: 1. Written, visual, and audiovisual content development. 2. Social media management with direct audience engagement. 3. Collaboration on online marketing and advertising campaigns. Job Objective: To create, develop, and manage engaging and relevant content that promotes the company's mini-split products and services. The primary goal is to increase brand visibility, attract potential customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Content Development: \- Create written, visual, and audiovisual content highlighting the features and benefits of mini-splits. \- Draft social media posts and product descriptions. \- Develop scripts for promotional videos and tutorials. 2\. Social Media Management: \- Plan and execute content strategies for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. \- Engage with the audience by promptly and professionally responding to comments and direct messages. 3\. Marketing Campaigns: \- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online advertising campaigns. \- Create promotional content for email marketing campaigns and paid advertisements. 4\. Research and Analysis: \- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing. \- Analyze content performance and provide recommendations to improve the content strategy. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation and social media management. Technical Skills: \- Basic graphic design and video editing skills. \- Proficiency in Adobe software suite and CapCut. Competencies: \- Excellent writing and communication skills. \- Creativity and innovation to develop engaging content. \- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
