Job Summary: Supervises daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper execution, compliance with standards, cost control, and staff development. Key Highlights: 1. Manages warehouse operations and staff development. 2. Supervises compliance with safety standards and internal controls. 3. Leads teams and fosters assertive communication. Ensures correct execution of warehouse operations, guaranteeing adherence to performance indicators, safety standards, cost control, customer service levels, and the development of assigned personnel. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily warehouse operations. * Ensure compliance with safety measures and internal controls. * Monitor operational KPIs and control dashboards. * Control costs and manage resources. * Attend operational meetings and client meetings. * Manage incidents and ensure timely follow-up. * Coordinate shift start-up and closing meetings. * Supervise implementation of the 5S program. * Train and develop Coordinators, Team Leaders, and operational staff. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and Lean Manufacturing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Leadership and team management skills. * Assertive communication and decision-making abilities. * Intermediate English proficiency.
