Operational Risk Analyst

**Banco Bancrea** is seeking an **Operational Risk Analyst** ***Location:*** San Pedro Garza García, N.L. **Objective:** We are looking for a committed and analytically capable Operational Risk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks, ensuring that our processes and activities are conducted efficiently, securely, and in compliance with applicable regulations. You will work closely with various departments to implement control measures that safeguard the organization’s integrity and enhance our ability to respond to unforeseen events. **Requirements:** * University degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or similar disciplines * Professional experience, **minimum of 2 years in operational risk management**, preferably in financial, banking, or technology sectors * Knowledge of risk management tools; familiarity with specialized software and tools for operational risk management * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; solid experience using **Microsoft Excel** and other Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) for creating reports and conducting detailed analyses. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and assess operational risks across different areas of the institution, ensuring early detection of potential threats * Develop and implement strategies and processes to mitigate operational risks, optimizing operational efficiency and security * Monitor, analyze, and document operational incidents to evaluate their impact and prevent recurrence * Generate periodic reports on the status of operational risks, including corrective measures and actions taken * Report any relevant operational risk-related incidents to the competent authorities, complying with regulatory requirements.
