Contribute to the team's success with your experience Grupo Davina is seeking personnel to provide TECHNICAL SUPPORT to a major company: · Requirements: Completed degree: Bachelor's Degree/Engineering in Computer Systems (or related fields); PROFESSIONAL TITLE, LETTER OF COMPLETION, OR PROFESSIONAL LICENSE IS MANDATORY Knowledge of support systems and tools Knowledge of SQL Prior technical support experience (professional internships in this area also qualify) Availability to work in San Nicolás de los Garza Availability to rotate shifts under a hybrid remote/in-person work model. · Competencies: Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications Effective communication Problem solving Customer service Attention to detail · Responsibilities: Manage and resolve technical issues reported by our customers.
